2–5 June: West Sweden on prescription

This trip lets you experience how travelling to Sweden can improve health and wellbeing. From old-water bathing, close-to-nature accommodations in the archipelago, to local food featuring seaweed and seafood, yoga hikes in the forest, and exploring the world’s most sustainable city: This is West Sweden on prescription.

Join us for:

  • Glamping on a forested hillside in the archipelago, at Anfasteröd Gårdsvik
  • Focusing on your breath and immersion in nature during a forest walk and yoga session
  • Finding out about sustainably harvesting seaweed and using it in your own cooking
  • A typically West Swedish seafood dinner

Spots are limited to 6 international journalists for this trip, allowing only one representative per media outlet.
