Sustainable culinary experiences nominated in the 360° Eat Guide

Ten culinary adventures are waiting to be enjoyed. These unique and sustainable concepts, nominated in the 360° Eat Guide, will delight more than just your taste buds.

Knife and fork at the ready – the 360° Eat Guide is a freshly launched restaurant guide listing 300 eateries across the Nordic region, each of which has been rated by a jury of food critics. A compelling part of this guide is the 360° Experience, consisting of ten Swedish nominees offering unique, experience-based dining concepts. Collaborative and sustainable in nature, they all focus on local produce, celebrating the culinary culture and traditions specific to each location – from reindeer-rich Lapland in the far north, to the mouth-watering seafood of the west coast.

Expect a lot more than delicious Swedish food prepared according to sustainable principles – these multifaceted experiences are designed to inspire and educate, taking you on a journey that will satisfy senses beyond taste alone. The winner was crowned at the 360° Eat Guide gala 30th September 2019.
